Inside the house

  • Sleeps 8 in comfort
  • The property comprises 4 bedrooms (1 super king, 1 king, 1 twin and 1 set of bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms over one floor, and is newly decorated in neutral colours and comfortable furnishings.
  • The bungalow has a very large open plan kitchen, living and dining room area (with a table and chairs to seat 8) and is fantastic for socialising and relaxing.
  • The well-equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.
  • The living area is extremely spacious with a large corner sofa for relaxing and enjoying the view, as well as a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings.
  • A large utility room off the kitchen is perfect for all of your beach and water recreation gear, and houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and space to hang wet clothes.
  • There is plenty of entertainment available, including a large wall-mounted plasma screen, Freeview and DVD player.
  • A travel cot, high chair, steriliser, and even children’s toys are available upon request

Outside the house

  • The property has a huge private landscaped garden with 3 decked areas and views of the sea.
  • Brand new rattan outdoor furniture for the garden includes sun loungers and sofas, and there is a large covered stone seating area with outside dining space for 12-14 people.
  • Additional accommodation is available in the fully-equipped luxury mobile home which has been installed permanently just a few steps away from the house. This sleeps 4-6 people in 1 double bedroom (en suite), 1 twin bedroom and on a sofa bed in the lounge, and features a powerful shower and fireplace.
  • The house has parking for 5 cars.

The house is surrounded by an expansive garden for both kids and adults to enjoy. Beyond the grounds of Seaport Lodge there is farmland on all sides, providing peace and quiet and making it a safe haven for children to play

With ample parking and a huge garden it’s great for pets and the views down into Mawgan Porth and along the North Cornish coast are simply stunning. The perfect location for a Cornish coastal holiday.

House very comfortable and owners go the extra mile to sort any issues and advise on best restaurants and places to visit. Great fully fitted kitchen allowing for quiet days in with everything you need. Beds super comfortable!!!! A huge plus.
